Our team provides services in 3 main areas:
Two streams of services leverage the expertise of our consultants and experience of Batshur Gootiiz, managing director of the company. She has worked on trade research of the World Bank’s multi-year project in Washington DC, published several policy paper in internationally peer reviewed journals, and advised local mining companies on maximizing the impact of mining on regional development. She also worked in community and regional development projects in the extractive sector.
SDC’s strength lies in the analytical skills of the staff. We provide analytical and research services that encompass economic and policy research, capacity building, social impact assessment, stakeholder analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and survey data analysis. We have strong international partners and organizations, namely International Senior Lawyers Project (ISLP), Developing Trade Consultants, and Stakeholder 360; we bring specialized skills sets depending on our project needs.
